How does fixed pricing work if every project is different?
Each package states exactly what’s included and excluded before you buy — pages, revisions, timeline. If your project fits a package, you pay the listed price. If it doesn’t, say so in the brief and we’ll scope it as Bespoke before any work starts, still with a number attached before you commit.
What’s the deposit, and when do I pay the rest?
Packages under €1,500, and all Care Plans, are paid in full at checkout. Everything else is 40% due today to book the work, with the balance due on delivery — both amounts shown separately in your cart and on the invoice.
Do your prices include VAT?
All prices on the site are shown ex. VAT. Latvian customers pay 21% at checkout. EU customers with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged at 0%; EU customers without one pay 21%. Customers outside the EU pay 0%, outside EU VAT scope.
What if my project doesn’t fit a package?
Say so in the checkout brief step or the contact form. We’ll either point you at the closest existing package or scope a Bespoke price before any work starts — same rule, still a number before you commit.
Can I combine packages from different services?
Yes — add each one to the cart separately; the totals and deposit lines calculate per item and combine at checkout.
