Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Artificial Designer collects through this website, why, how long it’s kept, and what rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

Artificial Designer is a design studio registered and operating in Latvia, European Union, at Laboratorijas iela 9A, Rīga, LV-1009, Latvia. What data we collect

We collect only what a form or an order genuinely needs: name, email address, phone number (where you provide it), and postal or billing address (for invoicing and, where relevant, checkout). We do not collect payment card data — the checkout on this site runs in demo mode and transmits no card details anywhere (see the Terms of Service for what that means).

Why we collect it

• To reply to an enquiry you send through the contact form — legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.
• To process an order through checkout — legal basis: performance of a contract with you.
• To issue an invoice — legal basis: a legal obligation under Latvian tax law.
• To measure site usage via Google Analytics 4 — legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner. Analytics never loads before you consent, and never at all if you decline it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and order data is kept for as long as needed to complete the relevant service and to meet Latvian accounting and tax retention requirements, after which it is deleted. Analytics data retention follows Google Analytics 4’s own default retention settings, applied to this property.

Who we share it with

• Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, as the processor of Google Analytics 4 data, only once you’ve consented to analytics cookies. See Google’s own privacy policy for how it processes data on our behalf, including any transfer outside the EU under Google’s standard contractual clauses.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with any other third party for marketing purposes.
• No payment processor currently receives your data, because checkout runs in demo mode. If this studio moves to a live payment provider, this policy will be updated to name it before that change takes effect.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data deleted, where we’re not required to keep it; restrict or object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise any of these, email support@artificial-designer.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija) if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it. We won’t reduce your rights under a previous version without telling you.
