What was done, what’s scheduled next, and current uptime — sent every month, not just on request.
Is uptime monitoring 24/7?
Yes — monitoring runs continuously; response happens during studio hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 EET/EEST) unless you’re on Care Pro.
What if I need more than 4 hours in a given month?
Additional hours are billed at the studio’s standard rate, or you can move to Care Pro for the next cycle.
