How does fixed pricing work if every project is different?
Each package states exactly what’s included and excluded before you buy — pages, revisions, timeline. If your project fits a package, you pay the listed price. If it doesn’t, say so in the brief and we’ll scope it as Bespoke before any work starts, still with a number attached before you commit.
What if my project doesn’t fit a package?
Say so in the checkout brief step or the contact form. We’ll either point you at the closest existing package or scope a Bespoke price before any work starts — same rule, still a number before you commit.
How long does a project actually take?
Each package states a typical delivery window — from 10 days for a Conversion Audit to 9–10 weeks for a full store build. The clock starts once the brief and content deadline are agreed, not at checkout.
Who owns the site once it’s built?
You do. Every file — design source, code, content — is handed over at delivery. There’s no lock-in to keep using this studio afterward, including for hosting.
