CONCEPT — AUDIT + REDESIGN · SELF-INITIATED
Verde
Brief
Verde is a self-initiated audit-and-redesign exercise: we built a deliberately generic, slow, template-driven site for a fictional plant-subscription business, then ran the same audit-then-fix sequence sold under Redesign & CRO against it — to demonstrate the method on a controlled example rather than claim a result for a real business we haven’t worked with.
Decisions
The "before" state uses real anti-patterns this studio sees often — unoptimised images, a four-step checkout that could be two, no clear above-the-fold action — so the audit findings are genuine, checkable diagnoses, not straw-man problems invented to make the redesign look better. The "after" state fixes exactly the named findings, nothing more, to keep the demonstration honest about what a Redesign Sprint actually changes.

What it demonstrates
The diagnose-then-fix sequence — named findings first, then execution — sold under Redesign & CRO, shown end to end on one example.
